NORA Sleep — Privacy Policy

NORA Sleep has no account, no server and no network requests. This policy is short because the app does almost nothing that a privacy policy usually has to describe: it asks you four questions, plays sound, and remembers both on your phone.

1.The app collects no personal data

NORA contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers and no third-party software development kits of any kind. It has no dependencies beyond Apple's own frameworks. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it builds no profile of you anywhere but on your own device.

Because of this, the App Store privacy label for NORA Sleep reads Data Not Collected.

2.The app does not talk to Graf Clouds

NORA makes no network requests at all. It works in aeroplane mode. Nothing you answer and nothing you listen to is transmitted anywhere, to us or to anyone else, because there is no destination to transmit it to.

3.What is kept on your phone

One file, in the app's own storage:

• your answers to the four onboarding questions;
• a log of your sessions — which environment, when, for how long, and whether you replayed it, left it early or let it run;
• two preferences: the language, and how long a night may run.

NORA stores that evidence rather than a stored opinion about you: the profile is recomputed from the log each time the app opens. No name, no email address, no identifier, no contact details and no location are collected, because none are asked for.

The file is included in your device's own iCloud or computer backup, under your control and subject to Apple's terms. Graf Clouds has no access to it.

4.Permissions the app does not ask for

NORA requests no access to your location, camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, calendars, health data, HomeKit or Bluetooth. It sends no notifications. It uses Apple's background audio capability for one purpose only: to keep playing after you lock the screen.

5.Deleting your data

Settings → Start over erases every answer and every session, keeping only your language. Deleting the app removes the file entirely. Neither action requires a request to us, because we hold nothing to delete.

6.Children

NORA is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

7.Changes and contact
