The hiring Process consists of 4-5 stages, starting with Reach Out when we make
first contact with a candidate, a 30-minute Phone Screening session, a 1:1 Technical
Interview with a team member, and a Panel Interview where we assess the candidate
for a deeper understanding of their technical skills and also for cultural fit.
