Synava IQ — Privacy Policy

Synava IQ has no account, no server and no network requests. Everything it knows about you stays on your device, and you can export it or delete it at any time from Settings.

1.The app collects no personal data

Synava IQ contains no analytics service, no crash reporting service, no advertising identifiers and no third-party software development kits of any kind. It has no dependencies beyond Apple's own frameworks. It does not track you across apps or websites.

Because of this, the App Store privacy label for Synava IQ reads Data Not Collected.

2.The app does not talk to Graf Clouds

Synava IQ makes no network requests at all. It works in aeroplane mode. Nothing you answer is transmitted anywhere, to us or to anyone else, because there is no destination to transmit it to.

3.What is kept on your device

A single file in the app's own storage holds:

• Your profile: an age group such as “45–59”, the areas you chose to work on, a session length and the comfort setting. There is no name, no birth date, no email address and no contact details.
• Training sessions: for each one, the exercise, its level, the time, the accuracy and any hints used.
• Assessments: for each answer, the question's identifier, area and difficulty, whether it was right, and how long it took.
• Settings: haptics, timer display, appearance and language.

The file is protected by iOS data protection. It is included in your own device backups, like any app data, and nowhere else. Your IQ range, your Cognitive Profile and your progress charts are calculated from this file on the device each time they are shown.

4.Permissions the app does not ask for

Synava IQ does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, Bluetooth, notifications or tracking permission.

5.Exporting and deleting your data

Settings → Export My Data writes everything the app has stored as a readable file, which you can then share from the same screen if you choose to. Settings → Delete All Data erases it and returns to the first-run screens. Deleting the app removes the file entirely. None of this requires a request to us, because we hold nothing.

6.Children

Synava IQ can be used by children and teenagers, with age-appropriate questions, and it collects nothing from anyone, of any age. The app suggests that children under 13 set it up together with a parent or guardian. A young person's estimated IQ range is presented as a snapshot of the day, not as a label.

7.Not a medical service

Synava IQ provides a cognitive estimate and is not a clinical IQ diagnosis. It is not a medical device, and it holds no health records.
