AIMON Console — Privacy Policy

AIMON Console is a client for the AINFRA monitoring platform operated by Graf Clouds. It exists to show you data that already lives on our servers, so this policy says plainly what leaves your phone, what comes back, and how long it is kept. It does not claim the app keeps your data on your device, because the data was never on your device to begin with.

1.Who this app is for

AIMON Console is a business tool. Accounts are created by an administrator for people who operate infrastructure monitored by AINFRA. There is no sign-up in the app, and it is not useful without an account someone has issued to you.

2.What the app sends

• Your username and password, at sign-in, to api.sanalmakina.com over an encrypted connection. The app stores the resulting session in the iOS Keychain and uses it to renew expired sessions; the password is kept only so that renewal can happen without interrupting you.
• A device token from Apple, if you allow notifications, so the server can send you incident alerts. It identifies the installation, not you, and it is stored against your account so alerts reach the right person.
• The app version and the platform name, alongside that token, so that a delivery failure can be traced to a build.

That is the whole list. The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no third-party frameworks of any kind. It does not use the advertising identifier, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not share anything with data brokers. It talks to one server: ours.

3.What the app receives

Incidents, assets, hosts, cost figures, organisations, agents and user records belonging to your AINFRA account. This is your employer's operational data rather than your personal data, and your account sees only the organisations it has been granted. The app displays it and does not copy it anywhere else; what is cached on the phone is cleared when you sign out.

4.Notifications

Alerts are delivered through Apple's Push Notification service, which necessarily sees the device token and the alert text. An alert names the affected asset and the check that failed. If you would rather that did not appear on a lock screen, turn off previews for the app in iOS Settings, or turn notifications off entirely.

Your device token is deleted from our servers when you sign out, and Apple tells us to drop it when the app is uninstalled or the token stops being valid. We never remove a token because of a transient network failure — only on Apple's word.

5.How long things are kept

Monitoring data is retained by the AINFRA platform under the agreement with the organisation it belongs to, not by the app. Sessions expire after seven days. Delivery records for push notifications are kept short-term so that a missing alert can be investigated.

6.Asking for your data or its deletion

Write to [email protected] and we will provide a copy of what is held for your account, or delete it. Because the monitoring data belongs to the organisation that engaged us rather than to you personally, we coordinate with that organisation's administrator before removing it.

7.Children

AIMON Console is not directed at children and accounts are not issued to them.

8.Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is sent or how long it is kept, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
