AI Central — Support

Last updated: 28 August 2026

AI Central puts your organisation's AI assistants on your phone. Each assistant knows one part of your business, remembers what it has been told, and can act — read a document, query a system, produce a report. The app is the same account and the same conversations as the web console, so a thread you start at your desk continues on the train.

1.What you need

  • An iPhone running a recent version of iOS.
  • An account on the Graf AI platform, created for you by an administrator.

There is no sign-up in the app. If you do not have an account, the app cannot create one — ask whoever administers the platform for your organisation.

2.Signing in

Enter the same username and password you use for the web console. The sign-in screen runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check first; wait for it to say Success before pressing Sign In. If your account has two-factor authentication, the code prompt appears after your password.

You see only the assistants belonging to organisations your account has been granted. An empty list is not a fault — it means no organisation has been assigned to you yet, and an administrator fixes that, not the app.

3.Finding an assistant

Assistants are grouped by the organisation they work for, with the group name pinned to the top of the list as you scroll. Search matches names, roles and organisations at once.

4.In a conversation

  • History — earlier conversations with this assistant. Open one to carry on where it stopped rather than starting again.
  • Schedules — the prompts this assistant runs on a timer: when each runs next, whether the last run failed and why, and a switch to pause one or run it now. Schedules are created in the web console, where a keyboard makes the timing safe to get right.
  • Files — what the assistant has produced or been given. Tap to download; use the paperclip in the message box to send a file or photo up.
  • Integrations — which channels and credentials the assistant has, and which it is missing. Read-only, and it never shows a credential's value.

5.Notifications

Allow notifications and the app tells you when a reply has finished, so a long-running answer does not need you to sit and watch. Turn them off in iOS Settings and everything else keeps working.

6.If something looks wrong

  • “Cannot reach the server” — check your network, then try again. The app does not cache conversations offline.
  • A reply stops partway — the answer is still produced on the server. Reopen the conversation from History to read it.
  • An assistant says a tool is unavailable — its permissions are set by an administrator; the app cannot grant them.
